Born from the simple expectation that clients deserve a higher level of professionalism and service when buying or selling a home, Jason Lindenschmidt left the tech world in 2006 with the idea to launch a real estate company with a family feel. Through education, honesty and a professional approach, LindenDwell Real Estate hopes to establish a new standard around residential real estate, one client at a time.
Jason has called Austin home since 1997, moving to Austin soon after graduating from college to join Austin’s thriving technology sector. After 8+ years in technology, Jason decided to obtain his license and pursue his passion for real estate.
With a client base built on referrals, Jason has established himself as an agent that goes above and beyond for his clients. Extensive knowledge of the Austin market coupled with a driving work ethic has helped Jason build a strong reputation for client commitment and success.
Jason is experienced with investment properties (cash flow analysis, remodel potential), luxury properties, new builds, lake-front, downtown condos, single and multi-family homes.
Honesty and education are the two key principles that make up Jason’s work philosophy. This allows Jason to set realistic, data driven expectations with clients, taking some of the mystery out of the transaction. “My goal is to make the home buying/selling process as transparent as possible. I want to educate, guide and empower my clients through the entire transaction.”
Jason graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University, College Station. Jason also holds a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Texas, Austin, and a Master of Science in Marketing from Texas A&M University, College Station. Jason, wife Katie and daughter Ray are proud Highland Park West residents, where Jason also serves on the neighborhood association board, HPWBANA.
Henry, a resident of Austin since 1988, moved from Southern California to finish a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Texas, Austin. Upon graduation he joined Austin’s technology market building channels in developing countries and markets in Europe, Asia and Latin America for various companies including Dell, Lockheed Martin and IBM. After 20 years in technology, and an equally long time in his private passion for real estate investment and strategy, Henry decided to obtain his license to include and serve the local Austin public at large.
Based on a personal model built around a strong work ethic and dedication to the client, Henry brings a strong reputation for client commitment and success. An avid supporter of LindenDwell’s two key principles of honesty and education, Henry is a firm believer that making the home buying/selling process as transparent as possible both educates and empowers clients through the entire real estate transaction.
Henry is experienced with residential, investment properties with potential for rental cash flow, as well as remodeling potential for subsequent for-profit sale, luxury properties, new construction, lake-front, metro area condos, single and multi-family homes as well as acreage in our ever popular Hill-Country.

Katie Moran is the Director of Operations for LindenDwell Real Estate specializing in project management, marketing and administrative support. Katie brings over 12 years of business experience to the company which includes work with a major hospital system in Memphis, TN to IBM/Tivoli Systems in Austin, TX. She has a broad range of talent that spans event and meeting planning, marketing, human resources and accounting.
Katie has been part of the LindenDwell family since its inception in 2009 and continues to focus her attention on LindenDwell’s events, customer loyalty program and backend operations. Katie graduated with a BA from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville and currently resides in Austin, Texas.
