Jason Lindenschmidt
Owner / Broker / Advisor
Jason has called Austin home since 1998, moving to Austin after college to join Tivoli Systems in Austin’s thriving technology sector. After 8 years in technology, Jason decided to get his license in 2006 and pursue his passion for real estate.
From the beginning, Jason focused on working by referral. “Cultivating word-of-mouth business has always been extremely important to me. And the only way a past client is going to refer you is by exceeding their expectations. Every single time.”
Jason has established himself as an agent that goes above and beyond for his clients. “I only work with a handful of clients at a time, that way I can give them the highest level of attention and service. These are huge decisions that can be filled with a lot of stress and anxiety. My clients need to know that I’m always available.”
“Honesty and education are the two key principles that make up my work philosophy. This allows me to set realistic, data driven expectations with my clients, taking some of the mystery out of the transaction. My goal is to make the home buying/selling process as transparent as possible. I want to educate, guide, and empower my clients through the entire transaction.”
Jason is experienced with single-family homes, luxury properties, new builds, lake-front, downtown condos, commercial properties, investment properties, and multi-family homes.
Jason graduated with a BBA from Texas A&M University, College Station. Jason also holds an MS in Engineering from the University of Texas, Austin, and an MS in Marketing from Texas A&M University, College Station. Jason, wife Katie, and daughter Ray are proud Highland Park West residents, where Jason also serves as President on the neighborhood association board, HPWBANA.
Katie Moran
Marketing & Events
Originally from Memphis, TN, Katie moved to Austin in 1999 to work for Tivoli Systems specializing in project management, marketing, and events. After 4 years, Katie left Tivoli to work with a small consulting group, handling marketing and operational needs, which led to the opening of her own marketing and events company (Moran Marketing & Events) in 2013. Working with local mainstays such as Maudie’s Tex-Mex and The Trail Foundation, Katie brings over 20 years of business experience to LindenDwell Real Estate.
Katie focuses on LindenDwell’s events, the customer loyalty program, and operations.
Katie graduated with a BA from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She enjoys runs around Ladybird Lake with her family and dog, Moose, as well as cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.

A San Antonio native, Moose made his way to Austin in the Spring of 2020. Just a tiny 20 lb pup with big dreams, Moose has since plumped up to a stout 85 lbs with even bigger dreams. He’s strong-willed and steadfast in his convictions, almost to a fault. His hobbies include destroying shoes and socks, harassing neighborhood squirrels, and visiting his favorite vet to fix his many boo-boos.
